"Laminating" means using glue to stick the fabric to the "Neoprene Sponge" surface to increase the surface strength (tear and abrasion resistance) of the neoprene sponge, and make the neoprene sponge have the characteristics of the fabric. This is the most common processing technique.

We can provide a combination of high grade materials such as CR sponge + super stretch fabric, and also provide a combination of low grade materials such as SBR sponge + polyester fabric, all depending on the positioning and budget of the customer's products.
Polyester Neoprene Fabric
Explain: "Polyester" is a synthetic fiber, laminate "Neoprene Sponge" to become "Polyester Neoprene Fabric", which has excellent setting properties and color fastness to sunlight, is not easy to fade, and is cheap, but hand feeling and hygroscopicity are inferior to "Nylon Neoprene Fabric". Support sublimation transfer technology.
Applications: "Polyester Neoprene Fabric" is usually used to make low grade wetsuit, surf suit, swimsuit and some derivative products.
Nylon Neoprene Fabric
Explain: "Nylon" scientific name "Polyamide" is a synthetic fiber, laminate "Neoprene Sponge" to become "Nylon Neoprene Fabric", which has excellent hand feeling, elasticity, wear resistance and hygroscopicity, but heat resistance and color fastness to sunlight are inferior to "Polyester Neoprene Fabric". Does not support sublimation transfer technology.
Applications: "Nylon Neoprene Fabric" is widely used in the production of various related products.
Lycra Neoprene Fabric
Explain: "Spandex" commonly known as "Lycra", the scientific name "Polyurethane (PU)", is a synthetic fiber, usually blended with "Polyester" or "Nylon", laminate "Neoprene Sponge" to become "Lycra Neoprene Fabric", which has excellent elasticity, low modulus and strength.
Applications: "Lycra Neoprene Fabric" is usually used to make products that require a bright, smooth surface.
Printed Neoprene Fabric

OK Neoprene Fabric
Explain: "OK Fabric" is a special elastic brushed fabric, laminate "Neoprene Sponge" to become "OK Neoprene Fabric", which has excellent hook-and-loop fastening properties, can replace the velcro loop surface. Japan OK Fabric has the best hook-and-loop fastening properties, Taiwan TOK Fabric is second, China COK Fabric again.

Terry Neoprene Fabric
